I want to focus on "Has your target market changed since you launched your site?" If you said it hasn't, are you sure? I have a bad habit of noticing it's changed about six months later than I should. Most recently, I overhauled everything this past month. And now that it's done, creating a new website was -- wait for it -- fun. I enjoyed it. Take the plunge. You might be surprised.
